Volkswagen fans love to show off their cars - usually at real-life meet-ups. But when the pandemic hit, lockdowns made those gatherings impossible.

Instead of pressing pause, we turned the problem into an opportunity. Partnering with Forza Horizon, the cult-favourite racing game, and gaming creator TGE TV, we brought fans back together - virtually.

We launched a series of weekly live-streamed car meets inside Forza Horizon, hosted by TGE. Fans tuned in, revved up, and took over the virtual roads - with limited-edition Volkswagen models available to win and drive in-game.

The result? Absolute chaos. The best kind.
